Ward Drafted in the OHL

 Keegan Ward  - 2013 OHL Priority Selections Draft

Keegan is a 6'-2" 174lb. 16 year old from Galesburg, MI.  Keegan started out this year playing 28 games with the U-16 Hounds, he was called up in December to play with the U-18 team. 

"Keegan's call up was a no brainer."  said U-18 Asst. Coach Rex Trott. "Keegan's size, physical play, and booming shot was something we noticed throughout the year and thought would help our team's success."  "Keegan has had interest at the NAHL, USHL, and OHL levels.  Being drafted in the 'O' is a direct reflection of all the hard work Keegan puts in on a daily basis."

"Keegan has a natural work ethic, something you can't teach."  said U-16 Coach Scott Chartier.  "Keegan works hard every time he touches the ice, and he doesnt take days off."

Keegan was selected #248th overall in the 13th round of the OHL Priority Selections Draft
