WEST MICHIGAN HOUNDS SPRING TRAVEL PROGRAM

The Hounds spring travel program is designed to provide an opportunity for players to stay on the ice and work on their skill development prior to Fall Team Tryouts as well as Junior camps(midgets). The program will be run by The Hounds 2014-15 coaching staff.

The spring program will include:
Midget Majorr, Midget Minor, Bantam Major, Bantam Minor;  $450 per player includes 10 skates and up to two Tournaments. 
Pee-Wee Major $299 per player includes 8 skates and one tournament

I agree to release WMHounds,Koha, Wings West and their respective Coaches, Officers and Directors from all claims, actions, causes of damages. Damages caused by undersigned person, their parents/guardians and for loss or injury resulting from participation of such person in this spring program. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless such parties from all claims, damages or demands including all costs and expenses incurred in defending any such claims or actions.

Any participant who causes damage will be suspended from trying out or participating in the spring program and NO refunds will be given. I have read and understand that this is a full release of all claims for injuries and damages sustained for trying out and participating for the spring program and understand the responsibilities I have assumed hereunder.

WMHounds and its Coaches reserve the right to deny participation in tryouts/spring program if it is determined that participants skill level would cause health risk or hazard to the player. (registration would then be refunded on a case by case basis)
